When a machine or structure runs wider than a fixed deck can legally carry, the widening drop-deck flares out to support it across its full footprint — no overhang riding on packing, no compromise on tie-down. It is the rig we reach for when the load itself is the problem.
How we move it safely
Hydraulic deck widening
The deck flares hydraulically to match the load, so wide plant sits squarely on the bearers rather than overhanging the edge. Stable, properly supported, and fast to set up on site.
Low load height
A dropped deck keeps tall, wide loads under height limits — clearing bridges and overhead structures that would stop a standard flat-top trailer.
Permit & pilot management
We arrange over-width permits and accredited pilot vehicles end to end — including police escort coordination where the dimensions call for it — so the load is legal before it leaves the yard.
Route checks
Every over-width run is route-surveyed for width pinch-points, roundabouts and clearances before dispatch, with timing planned around traffic and curfew conditions.
